History:
ADP Architects, PA is a full-service architecture firm focusing on commercial and industrial design. ADP Architects can guide you through all the phases of an architectural project from conceptual design and entitlements, construction documents, bidding, and construction administration.
A brief history of myself, I encompass over twenty-five years’ experience in the architectural design, planning, and construction industry. More specifically, this includes extensive participation in site planning and analysis, project planning, design development, construction documents, and services, coordinating zoning and building codes, and construction administration. I also employ two very skilled CAD drafters and an operations manager.
Architecture Designs Plus, P.A. was established in September of 2007, by Glenn Walker, A.I.A., N.C.A.R.B. Certified, to offer professional consulting services in architectural design and planning. My firm is a multi-state design practice with professional architectural licenses in twenty-two states, with the ability to be licensed in most states. My range of experience is exemplified by the variety of project types either completed or currently under construction. I shortened the name of Architecture Designs Plus in 2018 to ADP Architects, P.A., which is what my company name is referred to now.
I have extensive experience in project types such as commercial, industrial, retail, food processing facilities, medical clinics, hotels and motels, banks, office buildings, building restoration projects, and custom single-family and multi-family residential housing projects. Additional services include feasibility reports, space planning, building code, and life safety evaluations, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Fair Housing Act design compliance reports.
My firm will have a team approach to planning, design, and the construction of building projects. I continually seek to ensure my client’s needs are being met through the management of their project in terms of time, cost, and performance. I utilize state of the art computer-aided drafting and design systems to produce high-quality design documents.
My philosophy is simple and effective. I listen to my Client’s needs, determine their proposed budget, and seek to develop a cost-effective, attractive solution that meets their budget and time constraints. ADP Architects has a staff of four qualified people and can add qualified staff or consultants when needed. It is my desire to produce high-quality architecture for my Clients, which will also be appreciated by our community.
